Cheshvan 5785

D'veykus 5785 -  A whole new year of sticker fun commences! "D'veykus or "clinging" to Hashem is a Hasidic principle that encourages Jews to find connection to God in everything they do. It also shares a linguistic connection to the modern Hebrew word for "Sticker!"  Mizrach -  Jews traditionally direct their prayers towards Jerusalem, and, in absence of a direct bearing, face East or "Mizrach." Jewish artists have long created ornate pieces that center the words "Mizrach," which one would hang in their home on the Eastern wall. This sticker should be used similarly.  Cheshvan Scorpio -  The "Mazal" or...

Tishrei 5785 Stickers!

This shipment marks one full year from the beginning of this project! Since last Tishrei I have designed nearly 80 original stickers and sent out hundreds to loyal subscribers! Thanks for being a part and supporting my art.  For Tishrei 5785, members of D'veykus – The Jewish Sticker Club received the following four stickers: Merit like a Pomegranate – Many have the custom of making "punny" blessings at the Rosh Hashana meal. Our new sticker sheet combines ancient tradition with modern design, featuring the twelve astrological signs paired with their Hebrew names to connect you with the history of Jewish astrology. Inspired by the 6th-century CE mosaic at Bet Alfa, which integrates zodiac symbols into Jewish art, these stickers reflect the connection between the cosmos and Jewish spirituality. Perfect for planners, journals, or creative projects, they serve as symbols that remind you of the spiritual energies each month brings....

Sivan Stickers

Members of D'VEYKUS – The Jewish Sticker Club received the following stickers for the month of Sivan.  First Fruits – This sticker commemorates the ritual of "Bikkurim," or "First Fruits," associated with the holiday of Shavuot. In this ritual, farmers contribute their first fruits to the priests in Jerusalem and recite a couple of verses from the Torah. One of these verses: "Arami Oved Avi," "My father was a wandering Aramean," may sound familiar from the liturgy of the Passover seder. The verses there recount the origins of the Jewish people in Canaan and their growth into a nation in Egypt. ...
