You may request a refund within seven days of receiving merch if you received the incorrect product or the goods are damaged. We strive to maintain excellence with our products and customer service. Don’t hesitate to reach out using the contact form if you have questions or problems.

Has my shirt shipped yet? 

Shtark! Shirts, hoodies, and apparel are created using sustainable materials and ethical labor, all printed in Southern California. We make each garment to order to ensure this high standard, which is why it may take a bit longer to ship. Please allow seven business days for orders to ship. 

I ordered a shirt and stickers and received one. Where’s the other?

Don’t worry just yet… All apparel is shipped fresh off the press and therefore shipped separately from stickers and other curios. So even though we’re working to get everything out as quickly as possible you may receive your items at different times.
